We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional with practical experience who isn’t just used to sending campaign briefs to agencies but knows how to develop them in-house (from start to end). We need a proactive professional with a hands-on attitude who is not afraid of any small or big task.

The main purpose of this job:

The main objective of this position is to develop and implement local marketing campaigns across multiple channels to grow CRI Group (and sister brand ABAC) brand awareness, achieve targets, and engage with local stakeholders to ensure an effective marketing strategy is achieving lead generation objective and support the local sales/BD team.

Responsibilities, skills and experience required as our Marketing Executive:  

  • Partnership marketing: Assist the CMO in working with our many partners, ambassadors and sponsors to maximise co-branded opportunities by fully utilising the rights that our relationships afford.
  • Supporting the CMO and global marketing team with project organisation; assisting the teams in tailoring brand positioning and brand recall strategy in all regions and thus implementing the same.
  • Manage external relationships that facilitate local marketing initiatives, including selection, coordinating and working with local vendors for printing, public relations, and publishing.
  • Support the Marketing team in managing the two websites and two microsites (blogs)
  • 360-degree marketing understanding: works as part of the team to develop seamless and extensive marketing campaigns (organic and SEM)
  • Draft and update local marketing collateral targeting a range of audiences and work with the business development department to position new and existing products and services
  • Optimise content following search engine optimisation (SEO) principles; support the team in ensuring that all we do is SEO friendly and identify suitable sources to build links.
  • Support all lead generation activities, including hitting MQL targets, driving lead engagement and increasing demand generation
  • HubSpot knowledge is a must; we do everything through HubSpot between email marketing campaigns, landing pages, social media, CTAs and forms.
  • Practical experience in targeted email marketing campaigns writing and distributing e-newsletters to the database (understands the difference between types of drip campaigns; top-of-mind vs welcome drip vs re-engagement drips vs onboarding Drip)
  • Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimise visits; copywriting solid skills needed.
  • Support the creation, and development of live webinars, trade events and seminars
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing and updating local campaigns to include further information.
  • Practical experience in implementing online marketing analytics for all digital activities – working with the wider team to monitor the effectiveness of marketing activity and ensure that all activity is tracked and demonstrates ROI
  • Support the global marketing team in composing, posting and managing the company’s social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and other relevant platforms (all done in-house)
  • Monitor industry trends and draft timely, targeted copy for local marketing collateral and campaigns.
  • Utilise analytics to evaluate and improve local marketing initiatives and present monthly reports to the management.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

About You:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a marketing executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Must know strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • BBA/MBA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
