SEO Copywriter (Junior Position) – London
About the role:
We are looking for an SEO Copywriter (office based) to develop and deliver content with intent and join our London team. This position is an integral part of our growing marketing team, and pivotal in promoting Superscript, upping our organic traffic and supporting our ambitious customer growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Write long-form copy for our web and landing pages, video scripts, long-form blogs, etc.
- Enable us to scale our content creation strategy to generate more qualified organic leads
- Grow our authority by delivering content that consistently demonstrates our authority and expertise, building trust with our audience and search engines alike
- Play a key role in identifying and optimising our most valuable landing pages for search, adopting our test and learn ethos to iterate the small changes that make the biggest impact in growing our organic visibility
- Bring new ideas that contribute to our lead generation initiative, using content to grow our understanding of, and marketable information for, out of market customers
- Enhance digital presence via online strategies that align with CRI Group and ABAC Group capabilities and business goals.
- Create SEO titles & descriptions that are appealing to the consumer and are structured to boost site rankings
Qualification/Requirement:
- Excellent English editorial copywriting skills, with published content to confirm
- A solid understanding of the key principles of content optimisation to support SEO
- Ability to produce a range of content types, including blogs, white papers and updating website content
- Experience in conducting keyword and SEO research to inform your approach to SEO-friendly content
- Capability to edit others copy to take it from good to great
- Experience writing website copy
- Comfortable working to deadlines
- Experience working both collaboratively and independently across a variety of briefs
- Experience researching industry-related topics to form content ideas and strategy
- An analytical mindset, able to make use of Google Analytics and other tools
- Adaptable and comfortable with fast-changing organisations, getting stuck in with tasks that may not always be what you expected
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, marketing or other relevant area
- Practical experience in writing copy, proofing and editing (samples of work will be asked)

Working within the Investigative Team of our Operations department this role is key to our business services as an organisation by comprehensively analysing the information gathered through multiple sources and producing reports and results whilst making well-judged assessments and tracking case progression.
Responsibilities:
- Gather intelligence information by field observation, confidential information sources, or public records
- Collect, assimilate, analyse and evaluate extensively results of research and investigations
- Identify red flags in reports such as court cases, politically exposed persons, sanctions lists, adverse media, etc.
- Write well-structured, logical and objective reports regarding assessments on the status, legitimacy, general background, and overall reputation of a company and its principals, or subject individuals
- Manage multiple due diligence, background screening and insurance claim investigations cases through completion
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of cases
- Produce accurate, high quality written reports
- Ensure necessary follow-up actions to external stakeholders
- Assist in document management that supports analyses performed
- Coordinate with international team members and vendors to complete the required scopes of work
